There are lots of ways to experience a city, and one of them is to do what the local people do.
It was eight in the morning, and I was ready to go to AIDS Walk. This is sort of a way to show your support about people who have AIDS. I am in the "Team UC-Berkeley," and it's not really like a "team." It means which organization (or it could be a company or so, e.g. Levi's) you belong to, and then you will get a T-shirt that represent your org. In fact, I saw lots of interesting thing during the 10km walk (it's like walk along the Golden Gate Park), like some live music or people shown their concern and support about AIDS.
Moreover, the other important point about this event is to raise money for the AIDS foundation. They actually have raised a lot of money this year(or maybe every year, I am not really sure). But anyways, this is the 19th year of the AIDS walk, and I completed the 10km walk. I am glad to be part of it.
